If you have purchased an item from us in the past 30 days and would like to return it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with an RMA or return number to include with your return shipment, please also include a copy of your receipt. We will also provide you with the address to ship the item back to us. We must receive your return within 14 days of issuing you the RMA #.
If it has been more than 30 days since you ordered from us and would like to return it, you still need to contact us for the RMA # and return address. We still need to receive the return within 14 days of issuing the RMA# as well. Refunds for these returns will be subject to restocking fees. After 30 days, we do not accept used items for return.
If you received the wrong items in your order we will work with you to get you the right items and get the wrong items returned at no charge.
If you have received what you believe to be defective equipment the manufacturers require that you deal with them directly in order to keep their warranties intact. Below we have provided contact information for each. They will trouble shoot your problem first and if they can’t resolve the issue, they will work with you within the constraints of their warranties to rectify the situation.
